Three townhouses are available now. Fourteen more will be sited around the open meadow and pond. Every townhouse boasts meadow views.

The crushed stone roadway swings gently through the 7.3 acre site. Each townhouse features three or four bedrooms, two and a half or three and a half baths and a separate 2-car garage.
